Sep 28 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Expand Event Info: A beginner’s mind is a concept that refers to having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject, even when studying at an advanced level, just as a beginner in that subject would. We encourage this type of curiosity in all aspects of life! If you’ve been curious about trying yoga but don’t know where to start, this is the class for you. With a slow pace and focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. This class will teach you the basic elements of the practice and provide you with the tools you need to go deeper. You are never too tight, too tall, or too weak to begin. Come to learn, play and discover the body mind connection through breath, movement and meditation.

Wednesdays 8:30 – 9:30am at the Shakti Shala. Offered FREE with the generous support of Aspen Yoga Society and Aspen Shakti Shala.
