Of the box set\u2019s 36 tracks, 29 were previously available on CD, with 19 of those unreleased entirely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cCream was a shambling circus of diverse personalities who happened to find that catalyst together\u2026.. any one of us could have played unaccompanied for a good length of time,\u201d Eric Clapton said of<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>the performances in a statement. \u201cSo you put the three of us together in front of an audience willing to dig it limitlessly, we could have gone on forever\u2026. And we did\u2026.just going for the moon every time we played.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><em>Goodbye Tour Live 1968<\/em> marks the first authorized release of the four concerts \u2013 all freshly mastered from the original tapes \u2013 as well as the first CD release of the Royal Albert Hall gig, which was previously only available on DVD. The set also features liner notes penned by David Fricke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <!-- .l-article-content__pull--left --> <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The reissue marks the first Cream release since <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ginger-baker-cream-dead-obituary-240630\/\">the death of drummer Ginger Baker<\/a> in October.
