Harry Styles<\/a> usually performs in arenas, but this week he\u2019s taking his music to the streets. In a segment for The Late Late Show<\/em>, Styles performed several of his tracks in a Los Angeles crosswalk for commuters and passersby.<\/p>\n

Citing Jimmy Kimmel Live<\/em> and Good Morning America<\/em>, host James Corden<\/a> surprises Styles with an opportunity to put on an outdoor concert, pointing to Beverly Blvd outside the CBS studios. \u201cYou\u2019ll close this whole street down for me to perform a concert?\u201d Style marvels. \u201cThat\u2019s amazing.\u201d \u201cNot exactly,\u201d Corden says. \u201cBut we will be closing down the crosswalk when the light is red and you will have access to that for 30 seconds at a time. Along with anyone else who wants to use it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Corden also taps a crew of dancers to help Styles, who claims he never uses dancers and asks for his band. In a haphazard fashion, Styles and his new crew run into the crosswalk and perform quick versions of \u201cKiwi,\u201d \u201cLights Up,\u201d \u201cWatermelon Sugar\u201d and \u201cSign of the Times.\u201d There\u2019s even pyro effects, a giant \u201cHarry Styles\u201d glitter sign and actual watermelon costumes for Corden and the dancers. For the finale, Styles soars across the street on a zip line rig.<\/p>\n

Styles stepped in as the host of The Late Late Show<\/em> on Tuesday evening and performed a mini version of \u201cCarpool Karaoke\u201d<\/a> alongside Corden. The ex-One Direction<\/a> singer\u2019s sophomore album, Fine Line<\/em><\/a>, is out December 13th.<\/p>\n
