Harry Styles<\/a> appeared on The Ellen Degeneres<\/a> Show<\/em> this week to talk about his latest album, Fine Line<\/em><\/a>, and the album art, in which he appears to be totally naked.<\/p>\n

Describing the photoshoot with Tim Walker, Styles said: \u201cIt was kind of like, \u2018This shirt\u2019s not really working, so let\u2019s try it without the shirt.\u2019 And then it\u2019s like, \u2018Those trousers aren\u2019t really working, so\u2026’\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, Ellen talked with Styles about his experience hosting Saturday Night Live<\/em><\/a> for the second time, and asked if Fine Line<\/em> was inspired by a recent breakup.<\/p>\n

\u201cI definitely write from personal experience; I think a lot of people do,\u201d he said. \u201cIf you want your songs to be honest and connect with people, it\u2019s usually from writing honestly. It\u2019s definitely about what I was going through at the time, and that\u2019s both good and bad. The thing with this album, for me, was while I was making it, the times when I was sad were probably the saddest times in my life, but at the same time, the times when I was happy were some of the best times I\u2019ve ever had in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ellen then had Styles play a classic game: interacting with a pizza delivery man while Ellen gave him commands through an earpiece. Luckily, this is Harry Styles<\/a>, so he takes having to say \u201cdude\u201d and constantly fist-bump this stranger in stride, and with a lot of charm.<\/p>\n

Styles released Fine Line<\/em> earlier this month. So far, he\u2019s shared the singles \u201cLights Up,\u201d<\/a> \u201cWatermelon Sugar\u201d<\/a> and \u201cAdore You.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n
