The performance quickly turned into an energetic, rock &amp; roll-tinged set with an all-female band and troupe of backup dancers.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" type=\"text\/html\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HuENwwT5rSg?version=3&amp;enablejsapi=1&amp;origin=https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\">[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The rapper later returned to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/snl\/\" id=\"auto-tag_snl\" data-tag=\"snl\">SNL<\/a><\/em> stage to perform her soulful hit \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-lists\/our-favorite-songs-and-videos-right-now-the-strokes-paul-simon-and-more-166613\/lizzo-good-as-hell-142403\/\">Good As Hell<\/a>,\u201d where she traded her Gucci look for a tux and added a festive backdrop of candy cane stripper poles. Before beginning the song, she told the audience, \u201cHappy holidays y\u2019all. Be kind to one another, but most importantly, be good to yourself.\u201d Lizzo then twerked to the 2016 single with her scantily clad backup dancers dressed in bows.<\/p>\n<p>Lizzo also starred in a cut-for-time sketch with Aidy Bryant where the<em> SNL<\/em> star acquires the confidence of the singer, becoming \u201cAidy Bizzo.\u201d Bryant begins quoting Lizzo\u2019s lyrics and even carrying <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/lizzo-frankie-muniz-tiny-purse-918388\/\">the tiny purse<\/a> she brought to the AMAs. Later on in the sketch, Lizzo and Bryant appear in a faux music video in hot pink corsets and fur coats, and Bryant seeks Lizzo\u2019s advice asking, \u201cDo you ever feel like you\u2019re only 90% that bitch?\u201d to which Lizzo replies, \u201cNo, but maybe you\u2019re burning the ass at both ends.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" type=\"text\/html\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dIu5LRZhqcM?version=3&amp;enablejsapi=1&amp;origin=https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\">[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lizzo recently shared a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/lizzo-good-as-hell-video-new-marching-band-923476\/\">music video<\/a> for \u201cGood as Hell\u201d that featured Homecoming Week 2019 at Louisiana\u2019s Southern University.
