The track, which is titled \u201cOde To The Mets,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stereogum.com\/2068691\/the-strokes-confirm-new-album-debut-new-song-mac-demarco\/video\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">according to Stereogum<\/a>, is apparently on an upcoming new album due out this year.<\/p>\n<p>Frontman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/julian-casablancas\/\" id=\"auto-tag_julian-casablancas\" data-tag=\"julian-casablancas\">Julian Casablancas<\/a> told the audience at the Barclays Center, \u201cYeah, we\u2019ve got a new album coming out soon. 2020, here we come. The 2010s, whatever the fuck they\u2019re called, we took \u2018em off. And now we\u2019ve been unfrozen and we\u2019re back. If you really love someone, you\u2019ll be frozen with them. You know what? The band\u2019s last full-length album,&nbsp;<em>Comedown Machine<\/em>, dropped in 2013, while their EP <em>Future Present Past&nbsp;<\/em>arrived in 2016.
