Refunds are <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/boniver\/status\/1213133327013679109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">being offered<\/a> to ticket holders and there are no plans to reschedule the shows. Bon Iver <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/boniver\/status\/1213133327013679109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">noted<\/a> that the cancellations will not affect any of their other 2020 tour dates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cDue to circumstances outside our control, all upcoming performances of \u2018Come Through\u2019 have been cancelled,\u201d Bon Iver said on Twitter. \u201cThese decisions are never taken lightly by the Bon Iver team; our deepest apologies to fans who\u2019ll miss out on these performances. An attorney for the accuser, Jeff Anderson, told the <i>Star Tribune<\/i> that Sands had \u201csexually exploited\u201d his client and described the conduct as \u201cnonconsensual sexual intercourse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Although Sands admitted to being in a sexual relationship with the employee (who was not named in her lawsuit), he denied the allegations of misconduct via an attorney. In announcing his resignation, TU Dance said, \u201cWe believe Mr. Sands\u2019 resignation will help TU Dance move forward in providing a safe and healthy environment for all.\u201d Sands\u2019 wife, Toni Pierce-Sands, is set to stay on as the company\u2019s artistic director.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pmc-contextual-player\">\n<h3> Popular on Rolling Stone <\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">TU Dance and Bon Iver debuted their collaboration, <em>Come Through<\/em>, in 2018.
