Front Line Assembly will also hit the road. All three bands released records on the same label, Wax Trax!, at various points in the Eighties.<\/p>\n<p>The tour will kick off in Seattle on July 1st. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 am local time, with a presale via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blabbermouth.net\/news\/ministry-announces-summer-2020-tour-with-kmfdm-and-front-line-assembly-blabbermouth-net-presale-available\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Blabbermouth<\/a> starting tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste <\/em>just turned 30,\u201d Jourgensen said in a statement. \u201cWho knew we\u2019d still be around to see this day. But since we are alive and kicking, we figured we\u2019d hop in the way-back machine and recreate the infamous original tour with KMFDM, and add in Front Line Assembly as well. Don\u2019t miss it this time because we\u2019ll be in wheelchairs for sure in another 30 years. May the<em> fence<\/em> be with you!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over the last year, Ministry spent a lot of time looking back. They played a number of small gigs in support of the documentary, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/movies\/movie-features\/wax-trax-doc-interview-830101\/\">Industrial Accident<\/a> \u2014<\/em> which told the Wax Trax! story \u2014 where they played \u201cold-school sets\u201d that included fan favorites like \u201cBurning Inside\u201d and \u201cThieves\u201d from <em>The Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Taste<\/em> in setlists.<\/p>\n<p>They also hit the road with Slayer for that group\u2019s final tour, again playing sets of songs from the late Eighties and early Nineties. Jourgensen also gave his blessing to a coffee-table book <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ministry-al-jourgensen-photo-book-everyday-halloween-886020\/\">Prescripture: The Visual History<\/a> <\/em>that focused on the band\u2019s history. Asked if the book made him question his past at all, he told <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>, \u201cI have no regrets really.
