Sporting her teenage hairstyle and an oversized flannel shirt, she stands awkwardly in front of the mirror before changing her outfit and envisioning herself as a superstar within the confines of the same bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>She pantomimes getting bras thrown at her and pointing to a crowd while strumming her guitar. Her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/lance-bass\/\" id=\"auto-tag_lance-bass\" data-tag=\"lance-bass\">Lance Bass<\/a> poster even comes to life, with Bass lip-syncing along to the hopeful bridge: \u201cDone, she\u2019s gonna get it done\/She\u2019ll do it on the run\/But still have so much fun, fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kiyoko released her debut album,&nbsp;<em>Expectations<\/em>, in 2018.&nbsp;<em>I\u2019m Too Sensitive for This<\/em> <em>Shit<\/em>, which culminates with \u201cShe,\u201d does not serve as her sophomore album, instead being billed as a project full of songs she has dropped at random since last summer. She will launch a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/hayley-kiyoko-new-project-new-song-tour-demons-895060\/\">tour<\/a> in support of the project later this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s so relevant to what I\u2019m going through at this very moment,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/hayley-kiyoko-interview-new-song-project-tour-896859\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">she previously told&nbsp;<em>Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m just trying this new thing where if I write it; I\u2019m just going to release it.
