Roddy Ricch<\/a>\u2019s \u201cThe Box\u201d enjoyed a second week at Number One on the latest <\/span>Rolling Stone <\/span><\/i>Top 100 Songs chart. Ricch\u2019s 50.9 million streams easily kept a comeback single from Justin Bieber<\/a> at bay \u2014 the Atlantic Records rapper out-streamed Bieber by more than two-to-one. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ricch\u2019s other hit, \u201cBallin\u201d with Mustard, also climbed two spots on the latest chart, moving from Number Nine to Number Seven thanks to 15.5 million streams. The pair of Ricch hits were joined in the Top 10 by a third, \u201cHigh Fashion\u201d (14 million streams), which also features Mustard. <\/span><\/p>\n

Aside from Bieber\u2019s debut at Number Two, the top of the <\/span>RS <\/span><\/i>100 was populated by familiar hits: Post Malone\u2019s \u201cCircles,\u201d Tones and I\u2019s \u201cDance Monkey,\u201d Arizona Zervas\u2019 \u201cRoxanne,\u201d and DaBaby\u2019s \u201cBop.\u201d Recent singles from the hyper melodic rappers Lil Uzi Vert<\/a> (\u201cFutsal Shuffle 2020,\u201d Number 9) and Lil Baby<\/a> (\u201cWoah,\u201d Number 11) continued to perform well, as did Trevor Daniel\u2019s \u201cFalling,\u201d a track that erupted on TikTok before jumping into the pop mainstream. <\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/span><\/i> Top 100 chart tracks the most popular songs of the week in the United States. Songs are ranked by song units, a number that combines audio streams and song sales using a custom weighting system. The chart does not include passive listening like terrestrial radio or digital radio. The <\/span>Rolling Ston<\/span><\/i>e Top 100 chart is updated daily, and each week <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/span><\/i> finalizes and publishes an official version of the chart, covering the seven-day period ending with the previous Thursday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next week it\u2019s safe to expect a number of new singles to jump into the chart\u2019s upper reaches: \u201cLife Is Good,\u201d the latest collaboration from the superstars Drake and Future, \u201cGood News,\u201d the first taste of a posthumous album from Mac Miller, \u201cSum 2 Prove,\u201d another streaming-ready single from Lil Baby, \u201cRare,\u201d the title track to the first Selena Gomez album in four years, and \u201cYou Should Be Sad,\u201d which precedes Halsey\u2019s upcoming <\/span>Manic <\/span><\/i>album.<\/span><\/p>\n
