The 1975<\/a> have released another taste of their upcoming album Notes on a Conditional Form<\/em><\/a>. \u201cMe & You Together Song\u201d is the fourth track off the album, which was recently pushed back to April.<\/p>\n

Bright and upbeat, \u201cMe & You Together Song\u201d sees Matty Healy narrating his relationship with \u201cthe one who makes [him] feel right.\u201d He offers up glimpses into the stages of them falling in love and his fantasies of their future. \u201cI had a dream where we had kids\/You would cook, I\u2019d do the nappies,\u201d he sings on the second verse. \u201cWe went\u2005to Winter Wonderland\/It was\u2005shit but we were happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Notes on a Conditional Form<\/em> will be released on April 24th. Immediately following the album\u2019s release, the 1975 will embark on a tour in support of the new music, with Phoebe Bridgers and Beabadoobee opening for the UK band on most dates of the tour. Their North American trek will wrap with an appearance at Bonnaroo in June.<\/p>\n

The new album serves as a sequel to the band\u2019s 2018 album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships<\/em> and completes their \u201cMusic for Cars\u201d release cycle, as they have titled it. The 1975 previously released three other tracks off the 22-track LP, including the opening, self-titled instrumental<\/a>, which features a monologue from climate change activist Greta Thunberg, \u201cFrail State of Mind<\/a>,\u201d and \u201cPeople<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
