UPDATE<\/strong>:\u00a0Josh Henderson<\/a><\/strong> is off the hook after being arrested last week for suspected burglary. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office tells E! News they rejected the case due to “insufficient evidence.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Arrangement\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Desperate Housewives\u00a0<\/em>alum\u00a0Josh Henderson\u00a0was arrested in Los Angeles on Tuesday for suspected burglary, E! News has confirmed.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/a> reported that the 37-year-old, also known for a past role on the\u00a0Dallas<\/em> reboot,\u00a0was suspected of burglarized his neighbor’s home. The outlet also quoted sources close to\u00a0the actor as saying he\u00a0was not involved in the incident. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Henderson was arrested for suspected felony burglary but provided no further details.<\/p>\n

TMZ quoted law enforcement sources as saying that the actor’s neighbors\u00a0reported\u00a0around $7,000 worth of jewelry missing from their home and called police,\u00a0claiming they had surveillance footage\u00a0showing Josh and two other men stealing their possessions.<\/p>\n

Henderson\u00a0spent several hours in jail after his arrest and then posted $50,000 bail, police records show.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

“Josh was initially mistakenly identified with a grainy security camera, but he is fully cooperating and evidence is now being presented to the authorities showing he had nothing to do with any of this,” one of the sources close to Henderson told TMZ. “Josh is innocent and we are confident he will be cleared very quickly.”<\/p>\n

Henderson is due in court on January 3.<\/p>\n
