Audrina Patridge<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and Corey Bohan<\/strong> have finalized their divorce.<\/p>\n

E! News has learned that on\u00a0Dec. 19, a\u00a0judgement of dissolution was entered in Patridge and Bohan’s divorce case. Terms of the final agreement remain unknown at this time.<\/p>\n

“Marital status is terminated and property issues resolved,” Patridge’s attorney tells E! News. “The parties are participating in mediation early next year to resolve child custody and Corey’s request for attorney fees.”<\/p>\n

It’s been over a year since the Hills<\/em> star first\u00a0filed for divorce from her husband<\/a> after 10 months of marriage. At the time, Patridge obtained a temporary restraining order against Bohan, with who she shares daughter\u00a0Kirra Max<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Audrina’s number one priority is her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time,” Patridge’s rep told E! News\u00a0in Sept. 2017.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Since that time, the exes have had\u00a0a series of highs and lows<\/a>\u00a0in their divorce case.\u00a0It was just months ago that\u00a0Bohan filed a court order<\/a>\u00a0to prevent the duo’s daughter\u00a0from appearing on\u00a0The Hills<\/em>\u00a0reboot.<\/p>\n

In response, Patridge’s attorney\u00a0told E! News exclusively that in his papers, Bohan “doesn’t say how it is not in\u00a0Kirra’s best interest to appear with her mother on\u00a0The Hills<\/em>\u00a0reboot,” adding, “He forgets he married a reality show star, and this is primarily how Audrina earns her living.”<\/p>\n

Patridge’s attorney also\u00a0alleged\u00a0that Bohan has not paid Patridge child support and “claims to earn only $2,500 a month.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

“Since he has little ability to provide for Kirra now or in the future, one would think he would be more supportive that Audrina and Kirra have this opportunity,”\u00a0Patridge’s attorney said. “Regarding his\u00a0request for joint physical custody<\/a>, he shares an apartment with a male roommate and doesn’t have a separate bedroom for Kirra\u2014not very appropriate accommodations for a 2-year-old child. He also forgot to note in his application for new orders that he has been under a\u00a0domestic violence restraining order<\/a>\u00a0for a year\u2014which is a factor the court has to weigh in making child custody orders.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

E! News later confirmed that court documents were filed by\u00a0Patridge on Oct. 2 that signal a final declaration of disclosure and uncontested judgment.\u00a0The Blast<\/a>\u00a0reported at the time that both parties\u00a0signed the documents. But Patridge’s attorney told E! News that the exes had only settled the property aspect of the divorce, which was easy because they had a prenup and it was a short-term marriage.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
