The celebrations continue for\u00a0Goldie Hawn<\/a><\/strong> and Kurt Russell<\/a><\/strong>‘s family.<\/p>\n

This week, their\u00a032-year-old son and actor\u00a0Wyatt Russell<\/strong>\u00a0got engaged to\u00a0Meredith Hagner<\/strong>. The 31-year-old actress, known for roles on shows like\u00a0Younger<\/em>, posted on her Instagram a photo of the massive round diamond halo engagement ring he got her and a photo of them embracing after his proposal, which took place in\u00a0Snowmass Village, Colorado, where Goldie and Hawn own a home.<\/p>\n

“The love of my dang life proposed to me,” Meredith wrote. “He is the best guy in the world. It was an epic surprise surrounded by our closest family and I would give the proposal 5 stars on yelp!!!!!”<\/p>\n

The two met and fell in love on the set of the 2016 independent comedy film\u00a0<\/a>Folk Hero & Funny Guy<\/em>.<\/a><\/em>\u00a0Wyatt’s famous parents had also met on a set of a movie, the 1968 film The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band<\/em>, and started dating\u00a0while\u00a0filming\u00a0Swing Shift<\/em>\u00a0in 1983.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Wyatt and Meredith’s\u00a0engagement comes months after the two bought a $1.7 million house together, according to the Los Angeles Times<\/a><\/em>. The news also comes\u00a0less than three months after\u00a0the Hawn-Russell family welcomed a new addition; his\u00a0sister\u00a0Kate Hudson<\/a><\/strong> gave birth to baby Rani Rose, her first daughter and her third child<\/a>\u00a0and first with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

This will mark Wyatt’s second marriage. He and first wife Sanne Hamers<\/strong>, a stylist, split in 2015 after three years of marriage and divorced in\u00a02017.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
