Presley\u00a0was then booked for DUI, then released from jail around noon, police records show.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations,&#8221;\u00a0Presley&#8217;s lawyer, <strong>Scott Spindel<\/strong>, told TMZ, noting that his client has no criminal record and has never been arrested before.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-2\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"51.166666666667\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"9.3030303030303\">\n<p>According to California law, if convicted, Presley&#8217;s\u00a0driver&#8217;s license may be suspended for a minimum of\u00a0one year.<\/p>\n<p>He has not commented personally on his arrest.
