Just when you thought things couldn’t get uglier between\u00a0Jersey Shore<\/em>‘s\u00a0Ronnie Ortiz-Magro<\/strong> and girlfriend\u00a0Jen Harley<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

The on-again, off-again couple, who share a baby girl, Ariana<\/strong>,\u00a0have engaged in\u00a0several\u00a0vicious spats<\/a>, on and offline,\u00a0over the past few months. And the new year doesn’t look too promising.<\/p>\n

This week, the two got into an argument that turned into a violent confrontation at a Las Vegas nightclub on New Year’s\u00a0Eve, then broke up<\/a>, E! News learned.<\/p>\n

During\u00a0the fight,\u00a0Harley\u00a0reportedly threw\u00a0a glass ashtray at the reality star with such force that it “caused his nose to bleed,”\u00a0a source had said. Insiders also told E! News that he later\u00a0left the club with his “face covered in blood”\u00a0and went straight to their home, where he allegedly began “smashing anything he could break, including dishes and glasses.” Harley\u00a0reportedly FaceTimed him during this time and was able to watch the destruction.\u00a0 Another source\u00a0said Ortiz-Magro also gathered\u00a0Harley’s belongings and “took everything back to\u00a0her apartment, moving her out.”<\/p>\n

She then\u00a0she reportedly called the police, sparking an investigation into an allegedly burglary at the house.\u00a0There were multiple reports\u00a0that said Ortiz-Magro is a “person of interest”<\/a> in\u00a0the incident. Las Vegas Metro Police told E! News\u00a0that officers responded to a report of a\u00a0possible burglary<\/a>\u00a0and destruction of property\u00a0at a residence\u00a0but did not\u00a0confirm whether Ortiz-Magro is a suspect.\u00a0TMZ<\/a>\u00a0reported that\u00a0he was not\u00a0at the residence at the time of the police’s arrival.\u00a0Harley and Ortiz-Magro’s reps have not responded to E! News’ requests for comment.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0source told E! News that Ortiz-Magro\u00a0filed a domestic battery report<\/a>\u00a0after his and Harley’s confrontation. Police said they were investigating\u00a0a case of alleged battery by a woman against her boyfriend, without identifying the couple.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/a><\/em> posted a photo of Ortiz-Magro sporting\u00a0a bruised eyebrow and lips, a swollen nose and blood on his nose and forehead.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

On Friday, Ortiz-Magro shared a photo of their daughter on Instagram<\/a>, writing, “I miss you monster! Daddy loves you more than life itself! #MyHeart #MyWorld #ILoveYou#DaddyWillSeeYouSoon @ariana_sky_magro.”<\/p>\n

Also that day, both he and Harley posted on their Instagram Story, “My toxic trait is not knowing how to let go..holding on to you hoping you will change..ignoring the signs and holdingon to that little bit of good and the person I thought you could be.” He later deleted his post.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

This week’s fight marked the second one between the two that has led to\u00a0police involvement. Last June, they\u00a0got into a confrontation<\/a>\u00a0at Planet Hollywood in Vegas and Harley was\u00a0arrested on suspicion of domestic battery<\/a>\u00a0after it was alleged she had dragged the reality star with her car. The case was\u00a0dropped due to insufficient evidence<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The two had\u00a0broken up months earlier following vicious social media spats, then reconciled<\/a> weeks later.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In October, Ortiz-Magro posted a photo of\u00a0himself with a black eye<\/a>. He wrote, “Sorry for lying to my friends and family, sometimes u love people so much your [sic] willing to lie and hurt the people that u love the most to protect.”\u00a0Harley responded in a private message to one user, “I don’t post my s–t on IG lol. He’s lying. I’ll prove it again with the car thing I can’t deal with a drug addict anymore it’s getting so out of control [sic].”<\/p>\n

Ortiz-Magro then shared a video<\/a>\u00a0of their daughter crying on a bed, writing,\u00a0“This is why I had the baby bc she wasn’t home at 630 am and her son alone until 9:30am…Left 12 yr old son alone while she went to drink.” He said Ariana was sick and he had gone to drop\u00a0her off with Jen, who he claimed was out drinking with friends.\u00a0Harley fired back, writing,\u00a0“Under his care look at my daughter screaming and crying I’m so scared for her she never cries like that I’m so heartbroken.”<\/p>\n

Weeks later, they reconciled<\/a>\u00a0again,\u00a0and celebrated Harley’s birthday together.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
