Ladies and gentleman,\u00a0a meme is born.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 2019 Golden Globes<\/a> gave us a (fake)\u00a0Amy Poehler<\/a><\/strong> and\u00a0Maya Rudolph<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0engagement<\/a>,\u00a0Sandra Oh<\/a><\/strong>‘s adorable dad<\/a> and\u00a0the\u00a0FIJI Water girl<\/a>, but who knew\u00a0Meryl Streep<\/a><\/strong> was ready to pass the award show meme baton off to\u00a0John Krasinski<\/a><\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Let us explain. Over the years, Meryl has become known<\/a> for living her best life from the comfort of her seat inside the Oscars, SAG Awards etc. She hoots and hollers like nobody’s business, and you’ve probably seen a GIF of the A-lister in full cheerleader mode come across your Twitter timeline at some point.<\/p>\n

Well, Mr. Krasinski decided to take a page out of Mrs. Streep’s playbook and\u00a0went all out when\u00a0Emily Blunt<\/a><\/strong> took the stage alongside\u00a0Dick Van Dyke<\/a><\/strong> to celebrate the success of\u00a0Mary Poppins Returns<\/em>. Cameras\u00a0caught the\u00a0Jack Ryan<\/em> star in a perfectly candid moment, cupping his hands around his mouth and (presumably) shouting, “That’s my wife!”\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
