The baby is set to arrive in the summer. Chelsea, the daughter of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/bill_clinton\">Bill Clinton<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/hillary_clinton\">Hillary Clinton<\/a><\/strong>, welcomed her first child, <strong>Charlotte<\/strong>, in 2014.
