90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u00a0<\/em>season six’s\u00a0Ashley Martson<\/strong>\u00a0almost filed for divorce\u00a0from\u00a0Jay Smith<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

E! News has learned\u00a0that on January 11, the\u00a032-year-old\u00a0filed papers to end her and her 20-year-old husband and co-star’s\u00a0eight-month-long marriage. However, on Tuesday, she\u00a0withdrew the paperwork, according to a Pennsylvania court. The stars, who had sparked split rumors for more than a month, have not commented.<\/p>\n

Two days after the divorce filing, Martson revealed on Instagram that she was hospitalized for the second time in weeks for complications from lupus<\/a>, and was being treated for kidney failure. Smith rushed to be by her bedside.<\/p>\n

“I may have hurt you. I may have not been a good husband. Jumping on a plane the second I found out you was in the hospital was something I didn’t even think twice to do,” he wrote<\/a>\u00a0in a since-deleted Instagram post. “We have our differences but as long as I have life I will never let you sit alone and suffer.\u00a0I love you and nothing will ever change that. Thank you for having me here to support you.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Rumors\u00a0of trouble in paradise between\u00a0Martson, who has two children, and Smith\u00a0began\u00a0not long after their wedding in Las Vegas, which was shown on\u00a090 Day Fianc\u00e9\u00a0<\/em>in December.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Three days after the ceremony, Martson\u00a0caught Smith using a dating app<\/a>. During the\u00a090 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em> reunion, which aired in December she said, “I mean, when someone cheats on you, you don’t automatically fall out of love with them,” adding,\u00a0“I really did\u2014do\u2014love him, but maybe he really did just want a green card.” Smith, who is from Jamaica and whose real name is Conroy Smith<\/strong>, later wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post, “FYI: For everyone coming at me. I wasn’t the only one ‘talking’ aka ‘cheating’ with other people during our ‘relationship\/marriage.'”<\/p>\n

The two sparked split rumors again right before the holidays, after they deleted their photos together from Instagram.<\/p>\n
