Kim Porter<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Sean “Diddy” Combs<\/a><\/strong>‘ ex and mother of three of\u00a0his children, was found to have died from lobar pneumonia, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner determined.\u00a0The manner of death was certified as natural.<\/p>\n

The model and actress\u00a0was found dead<\/a> in her home in Toluca Lake, north of Los Angeles, in on Nov. 15. She was 47. Police said at the time that they\u00a0did not suspect foul play.\u00a0On Nov. 16, an autopsy was performed on Porter and a cause of death was deferred pending further investigation.<\/p>\n

A source\u00a0told E! News that Porter\u00a0had\u00a0been suffering from pneumonia and had been seeing a doctor. According to emergency dispatch audio posted by TMZ<\/a>, a 911 call was made about a patient in cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Porter and Diddy\u00a0were\u00a0together\u00a0for more than a decade until 2007<\/a> and shared a son, Christian<\/strong>, now 20, and 11-year-old twin daughters, D’Lila Star<\/strong> and Jessie James<\/strong>.\u00a0The rapper and producer also helped raise Porter’s\u00a0son\u00a0Quincy Brown<\/strong> from her\u00a0previous relationship with Al B. Sure!<\/strong>. Porter and Diddy had remained friendly since their split as they continued to co-parent their children.<\/p>\n

Diddy also has a 24-year-old son, Justin<\/strong>, and 12-year-old daughter Chance<\/strong>, from two previous relationships.<\/p>\n

Porter’s death drew\u00a0public\u00a0messages of condolence from celebrities<\/a> such as\u00a0Drake<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a050 Cent<\/a><\/strong> and\u00a0Missy Elliott<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
