Truce?\u00a0Truce<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Ryan Reynolds<\/a><\/strong> and Hugh Jackman<\/a><\/strong> have agreed to end their mock feud and stop trolling each other, for now. The two reunited for a\u00a0photo and promised to work together again,\u00a0and not for a movie. Anyone up for a gin and coffee?<\/p>\n

“Official truce! I’m going to make an awesome ad for Aviation Gin,” Jackman wrote<\/a>\u00a0on Instagram on Thursday, referring to a brand Reynolds co-owns. “And, look forward to seeing what @Vancityreynolds comes up with in return.”<\/p>\n

“Official truce with @thehughjackman! As a gesture of goodwill, I’m gonna make a beautiful ad for his company, Laughing Man Coffee,” Reynolds wrote<\/a>. Can’t wait!”<\/p>\n

Reynolds and Jackman, who starred together in the 2009 movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/em>,\u00a0<\/em>have been\u00a0trolling\u00a0each other\u00a0for more than\u00a0three years.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In November 2015, Jackman posted on his Instagram<\/a> page a video of Reynolds doing an impression of him and his Australian accent while wearing his\u00a0Deadpool<\/em> makeup.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

A couple of months later, a teaser for\u00a0Deadpool<\/em> was released to coincide with Australia Day. In the clip, Reynolds’ title character poked fun at and also scolds the country, saying, “You gave us Wolverine, and for that, I can’t forgive ya.”<\/p>\n

“I’ve got no problems with Hugh,” he continued. “He’s a delightful guy, he really is. True legend. But the movie, that was a career low for me. You understand.”<\/p>\n

Jackman told Access Hollywood<\/a><\/em> that he loved the video.<\/p>\n

“He’s just so funny, he’s hilarious,” he said. “I can’t wait to see it. I love Ryan. He can take shots. Bring it on.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The mock feud led to more cross-promotion; Reynolds “crashed” Jackman’s junket for his movie\u00a0Eddie the Eagle<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“Many actors enjoy performing their own stunts. Do you do all your\u00a0own acting?” Reynolds asked him.<\/p>\n

“If there’s sex scenes, I do them,” Jackman replied.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Jackman later\u00a0tweeted<\/a>, “Mate you are like gum on my shoe!”<\/p>\n

“I’m the Barbara F*%king Walters of Hard-Hitting Journalism. #NoSoftBallQuestions,” Reynolds replied<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In December 2016, Jackman posted on his Instagram<\/a> page his response to Reynolds’ impersonation video: A\u00a0clip showing him imitating Reynolds imitating him.\u00a0Meta<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“@VanCityReynolds asked me to post this 100% real video by him on being honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame today,” Jackman wrote.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In February 2017, Jackman posted on Twitter<\/a> a photo of a Wolverine mural an artist created in Australia.<\/p>\n

“I have one of these murals on the hood of my car,” Reynolds joked<\/a>. “Best decision ever.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In 2018, Reynolds set off to try and coax Jackman to reprise his role of Wolverine again.<\/p>\n

\u00a0“I’m going to have to step up my game a little,” he said on Good Morning America<\/em><\/a>. “I’m going to just post his cell phone number online.”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the two continued to bump into each other.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In November 2018, Reynolds jokingly sided with\u00a0John Krasinski<\/a><\/strong> as he expressed mock disma<\/a>y at a photo of his wife\u00a0Emily Blunt<\/a><\/strong> with Jackman.<\/p>\n

“This is a call to action,” Reynolds tweeted. “This man must be stopped.”<\/p>\n

The following month, Jackman enlisted the help of\u00a0Jake Gyllenhaal<\/a><\/strong> to pull a holiday prank<\/a> on Reynolds. The three appeared together in a photo, with the former men wearing regular clothes and Reynolds wearing a decorated holiday sweater.<\/p>\n
