Ring the alarm! Taylor Swift<\/a><\/strong> fans think the Reputation<\/em> singer will finally make an appearance on James Corden<\/a><\/strong>‘s Carpool Karaoke segment.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday night, the Late Late Show<\/em> host shared a cryptic tweet that sent Swifties into a frenzy.<\/p>\n

“Some of you have never had to harmonize with a grammy winner while driving and it shows,” he wrote.<\/p>\n

While this has been a running joke on Twitter for a hot minute, where people post\u00a0factitious tweets about privilege, it seems like the late-night host was just joining in on the fun. However,\u00a0Swifties didn’t take it as a prank after\u00a0James\u00a0responded to\u00a0a fan with Taylor’s famous Reputation<\/em> album font.<\/p>\n

“I beg your pardon,” the host wrote<\/a>\u00a0in the Reputation<\/em> font, after someone\u00a0said, “Change your font and don’t know how to act, huh?” The Twitter user was referring to the star’s recent font change on his profile.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Not long after, the “Shake It Off” singer’s fans freaked out, bombarding the host’s\u00a0tweet. The responses ranged from “omg” to “I will scream.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

One user wrote, “If this is a Taylor Swift hint, then I’m going to scream,” while another posted, “You’re in London and so is Taylor. I swear if it is her omg.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The best response of all had to be a fan\u00a0who inserted the perfect\u00a0gif of Taylor<\/a>. It was a clip from her song, “…Ready for it?” and she was saying\u2014you guessed it\u2014Are you ready for it?<\/p>\n

Corden has yet to respond to all of the Swifties’ inquiries.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

However, fans pointed out that they’re both in London. Since they’re both starring in the film adaptation of Cats<\/em><\/a>, the two could actually be up to something.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

It wouldn’t be the first time Taylor has appeared on James’ show either. Back in 2017, the host hilariously\u00a0filled in as one of Taylor’s backup dancers<\/a>. He\u00a0wore a “Look What You Made Me Do”-inspired outfit, too.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The 40-year-old actor hasn’t commented on whether or not Swift’s fans are on to something, though.\u00a0As of\u00a0right now, nothing is confirmed.<\/p>\n
