That’s what people tend to\u00a0say when they watch\u00a0Fast & Furious\u00a0<\/em>movies, and that’s what you’re likely say when you see the new trailer for the franchise’s first spinoff, Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw<\/em>.\u00a0Dwayne Johnson<\/a><\/strong> reprises his role of Diplomatic Security Agent Luke Hobbs and\u00a0Jason Statham<\/a><\/strong> returns as Deckard Shaw. The two\u00a0form\u00a0an unlikely alliance to take on Idris Elba<\/a><\/strong>, who plays a villain named Brixton. The trailer is packed with explosions, tons of fight scenes and car chases and a transformation by Elba. In fact,\u00a0Johnson recently\u00a0tweeted<\/a> that the movie showcases “the biggest showdown the Fast & Furious<\/em> franchise has ever seen.”<\/p>\n

The movie also stars Eiza Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0as a character named Madam M, and Vanessa Kirby<\/strong> as Deckard’s sister, Hattie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Deadpool 2<\/em> director David Leitch<\/strong>\u00a0helmed the movie, while longtime Fast & Furious<\/em> franchise screenwriter\u00a0Chris Morgan<\/strong> penned the script.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Earlier this week, the first poster for the film was released and shows the two leading men posing next to their sweet rides.<\/p>\n

Hobbs & Shaw<\/em> is set for release on August 2.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
