Kim Kardashian<\/a><\/strong> and Kanye West<\/a><\/strong> are on the hunt for new digs in Miami.<\/p>\n

In December, the Yeezy designer surprised his wife with a $14 million condo<\/a> in Miami Beach. The Faena House\u00a0building is 18 floors with wrap-around balconies and features a gym, pool, spa and more. According to TMZ<\/a>, Ye purchased the family a 4 bed, 5 1\/2 bath unit in Faena, which is apparently nicknamed the “Billionaire Beach Bunker.”<\/p>\n

An insider told E! News at the time, “Kanye completely surprised her for Christmas with the gift.\u00a0Kim and Kanye did not view the condo together and they have not been looking. She has also never seen the condo.”<\/p>\n

The “Stronger” rapper apparently sought it out when they were in town for Art Basel.<\/p>\n

E! News has learned, however, that Kim and Kanye have backed out of the purchase.\u00a0 Photos showed the married couple embracing at the apartment<\/a> when the KKW Beauty owner saw it for the first time, which dissuaded them from going through with it.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

A source close to the couple gave E! News some insight as to why they won’t be moving into Faena House<\/a> anytime soon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

“Kanye took Kim to Miami to view the property after Christmas\u2014and she loved it,” the source said. “However, once photos of them together on the balcony were released by the paparazzi on her first visit, Kim felt that the condo did not offer enough privacy for their family.”<\/p>\n

The insider added, “They are now looking for a vacation home that is much more private.”<\/p>\n

The Kardashian-West family spends a decent chunk of time in the 305 and it seems to hold a special place in her sisters’ hearts as well. For starters, there was\u00a0Kourtney & Kim Take Miami<\/em>\u00a0and their DASH stores in the city. Additionally,\u00a0Kim and Kanye had a weekend full of fun and\u00a0neon outfits<\/a>\u00a0when they were in the city over the summer for their friend\u00a02 Chainz<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Kesha Ward<\/strong>‘s wedding.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The 38-year-old had a ton of fun in the sun<\/a> in her silver metallic bikini, too, with her close friend Larsa Pippen<\/a><\/strong>. Miami clearly brings out the best and brightest of Kim’s wardrobe choices.<\/p>\n

No matter the location of their new home, there will most definitely be extra room for their fourth baby. On Jan. 2, E! News learned that the couple was\u00a0expecting another child<\/a>\u2014a baby boy\u2014via surrogate. “Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited. They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out. Kim always wanted\u00a0four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect,” another source told us at the time.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Despite staying mum for a few weeks, the\u00a0Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/em> star officially confirmed the news herself<\/a> on an episode of\u00a0Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em> alongside her sisters Kourtney Kardashian<\/a><\/strong> and Khloe Kardashian<\/a><\/strong>. Coincidentally, Andy Cohen<\/a><\/strong> just welcomed his first child via surrogate<\/a>, too!<\/p>\n

She told the TV host that “we are” expecting another baby and the good news all came out at her massive\u00a0holiday\u00a0bash. “I got drunk at\u00a0<\/span>our\u00a0Christmas Eve party<\/a>\u00a0and I\u00a0<\/span>told some people. I can’t\u00a0<\/span>remember who I told because I\u00a0<\/span>never get drunk,” she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kim and Kanye can’t wait\u00a0for their adorable group of kids North West<\/a><\/strong>, Saint West<\/a><\/strong> and Chicago West<\/a><\/strong>to have another sibling. According to our source, the parents are “so grateful to have one more baby.”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
