The season two episode\u2014and its theme\u2014became so popular there was a sequel episode in season six with Leslie Knope (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/amy_poehler\">Amy Poehler<\/a><\/strong>) searching for a new bet friend following Ann&#8217;s (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/rashida_jones\">Rashida Jones<\/a><\/strong>) departure from Pawnee.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate this holiday, NBC released deleted scenes from the season six episode of <em>Parks and Rec<\/em>. While it&#8217;s not new episodes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/958824\/amy-poehler-on-parks-and-recreation-revival-leslie-knope-s-life-as-a-gif-and-the-good-place\" target=\"_blank\">Poehler is &#8220;tech. avail.&#8221; to make them!<\/a>), these deleted scenes of Leslie Knope back in action\u2014and back with Ann Perkins\u2014are the Galentine&#8217;s Day gift fans need\u2014and deserve.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-3\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"51.75\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"4.5\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/aubrey_plaza\">Aubrey Plaza<\/a><\/strong>, April Ludgate on the comedy, also celebrated the day with a reunion picture of her with Poehler and Jones.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-5\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"59.5\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"9\">\n<p><em>Parks and Recreation<\/em> ran for seven seasons on NBC. The series wrapped up in 2015, but the spirit\u2014and some if its jokes\u2014still live on in co-creator <strong>Michael Schur<\/strong>&#8216;s NBC comedy <em>The Good Place<\/em>. Even Lil Sebastian made a secret appearance. However, don&#8217;t expect a crossover between the two shows. The little jokes that make reference to Parks creators are just easter eggs, Schur told press there will never be a crossover between <em>The Good Place<\/em> and his other shows, including <em>Parks and Rec<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-7\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"57.5\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"5\">\n<p>&#8220;I want to make this very clear, that will never happen\u2014end of story,&#8221; Schur said.&#8221; &#8220;I&#8217;m like literally drawing a shower curtain between the universe and that idea.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-8\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"65.5\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"21\">\n<p>&#8220;Part of the fun of doing the show has been just for literally no reason to drop <em>Parks and Rec<\/em> easter eggs into <em>The Good Place<\/em>,&#8221; he said. &#8220;And we&#8217;ve done it like, I don&#8217;t know, a dozen times. And that was a total coincidence [having Lil Sebastian in the episode], that was for an episode of <em>The Good Place<\/em> where all the animals were walking around. We decided just for old times&#8217; sake to get Lil Sebastian back.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, it&#8217;s just a nice to think about Lil Sebastian, the miniature horse, in heaven, Schur said, it&#8217;s not a crossover.<\/p>\n<p>All seven seasons of <em>Parks and Rec<\/em> are streaming on Netflix.<\/p>\n<p>(E!
