Audrina Patridge<\/a><\/strong> has a new man in her life.<\/p>\n

E! News can confirm that\u00a0The Hills<\/em> star is dating 31-year-old Matt Chase.\u00a0<\/strong>The new couple attended Steven Tyler<\/a><\/strong>‘s Grammys party together on Sunday and clearly looked like a couple while sitting together. According to our source, the two of them held hands throughout the evening and danced and sang along to Aerosmith songs towards the end of the night. Matt is “very happy being with Audrina,” our insider shared.<\/p>\n

From the looks of it, Audrina and Matt’s relationship has been on the down-low. She hasn’t shared any pictures of the two of them on social media yet. To top it off, his Instagram account is private, but she does follow him on it.<\/p>\n

Although their online presence together is virtually nonexistent (so far), there are a few things we know about the 33-year-old’s beau. For starters, he owns The Bayou<\/a>, which is a New Orleans-themed bar located in West Hollywood, Calif.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

It seems like patrons love Matt’s bar because it was apparently named the No. 1 bar in West Hollywood! The Bayou has not one but\u00a0two<\/em> Happy Hours daily, so clearly we see why it’s the local fan favorite. The bar also seems to love Ryan Gosling<\/a><\/strong> and hey, we’re not complaining.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

According to Voyage L.A.<\/a>, he’s toyed with the idea of opening a craft brewery in the City of Angels.<\/p>\n

Matt has his own IMDb page<\/a>, too. According to the site, he has two acting and producing credits and one writing credit.<\/p>\n

Before getting together with her new boyfriend, Audrina dated musician\u00a0Ryan Cabrera<\/a><\/strong>, but the two of them\u00a0broke up in September<\/a>\u00a0after 5 months together. “Even though we are not in a romantic relationship right now, we will continue to be friends and are still in touch,” she told E! News at the time.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Three months after she and Cabrera split, Audrina finalized her divorce<\/a>\u00a0from her ex-husband Corey Bohan<\/strong>. She and Bohan share 2-year-old daughter Kirra Max Bohan<\/strong>. Audrina’s attorney told E! News at the time of the finalization, “Marital status is terminated and property issues resolved.\u00a0The parties are participating in mediation early next year to resolve child custody and Corey’s request for attorney fees.”<\/p>\n

In October, Bohan filed a court order<\/a> against the reality TV star to prevent Kirra from appearing on her upcoming show\u00a0The Hills: New Beginnings<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Many of the\u00a0original cast\u00a0members of\u00a0The Hills<\/em>\u00a0reunited<\/a>\u00a0at the\u00a02018 MTV VMAs<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in order to make the big announcement that\u00a0New Beginnings<\/em>\u00a0was officially a-go. Notable alums\u00a0Lauren Conrad<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Kristin Cavallari<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0won’t be in it.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 3,\u00a0The O.C.\u00a0<\/em>star\u00a0Mischa Barton<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0revealed she was\u00a0also joining the\u00a0show<\/a>. From the looks of it, Barton is already\u00a0having the time of her life<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
