Teresa Giudice<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0has denied that she’s cheating on\u00a0Joe Giudice<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, photos surfaced<\/a> of the Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em> star holding hands with another man while on vacation in Miami. But, according to Teresa’s\u00a0attorney, the man in the pictures is just a friend of the reality star.<\/p>\n

“Teresa was in Miami for a charity event with a large group of friends, both men and women,” James Leonard Jr.<\/strong> said in a statement on Wednesday. “The photos show one of those friends helping Teresa out of the venue and to her car. She had some wine and she was wearing heels.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

“That’s the real story,” the statement continued.\u00a0“There is no cheating, no divorce. End of story.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Back in October, a\u00a0Pennsylvania immigration court judge ruled Joe\u00a0is to be\u00a0deported to his native Italy<\/a>\u00a0after his release from prison. Joe is set to be released from prison in March 2019 and is then expected to be transferred into ICE custody.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

E! News has previously confirmed that\u00a0Teresa\u00a0discussed her marriage to Joe<\/a>\u00a0during the\u00a0Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em>\u00a0season nine reunion taping back in January. A source\u00a0shared with\u00a0E! News that Teresa told her\u00a0Housewives<\/em>\u00a0co-stars\u00a0at the taping that if Joe were to be deported to Italy, they would “go our separate ways.”<\/p>\n

A source at the reunion taping also shared with\u00a0People<\/a><\/em>, “Teresa told Andy that if Joe gets deported, she’s not going. She said that she and Joe had talked about it over the phone, and that he understood.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
