Christy Carlson Romano<\/strong>\u00a0is happy to announce the arrival of her daughter,\u00a0Sophia Elizabeth Rooney<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Welcome to the world, Sophia Elizabeth Rooney,” the former Disney star shared with her followers on Instagram, alongside a photo of the newborn’s teensy tiny toes.\u00a0“We are already marveling at your grace and beauty, just like when your sister was born. We cannot wait to watch our bright shining stars journey down the path of sisterhood together.”<\/p>\n

Sophia Elizabeth was so close to having a birthday on a holiday like big sister Isabella<\/strong>, but she missed Valentine’s Day by just four days. Her sister, who is just 2-years-old, made her grand entrance<\/a> into the world on Dec. 24, 2016.<\/p>\n

It seems like just yesterday the\u00a0Even Stevens<\/em> star shared that she was expecting her second child<\/a>, but it was really\u00a0August of last year. “We are so excited, we just can’t keep this a secret any longer!” she\u00a0captioned<\/a>\u00a0her announcement on Instagram.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The long-awaited arrival of her second child comes\u00a0days\u00a0after the actress and her husband,\u00a0Brendan Rooney<\/strong>, walked the\u00a0Kim Possible<\/em>\u00a0“green”\u00a0carpet on Feb. 12. Romano wore a form-fitting black dress that absolutely shimmered as she walked hand in hand with Brendan at the fun-filled premiere.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

She also happened to have a\u00a0reunion with her former\u00a0<\/a>Kim Possible<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>co-stars\u00a0Tahj Mowry\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Raven-Symon\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
