News can confirm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TMZ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/03\/01\/rhoa-star-peter-thomas-arrested-miami-warrant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reports<\/a> authorities took Thomas, whose ex-wife is\u00a0<em>RHOA<\/em> mainstay\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/cynthia_bailey\">Cynthia Bailey<\/a><\/strong>, into custody at Miami International Airport on a warrant from Louisiana for allegedly writing fraudulent checks. The one-time Bravolebrity is reportedly being held without bond.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thomas has not commented publicly on the arrest.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cynthia and Peter joined\u00a0<em>Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em> during season 3, even opting to document their 2010 nuptials on the reality TV series. Six years later, Cynthia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/769170\/real-housewives-of-atlanta-s-cynthia-bailey-and-peter-thomas-separate-after-6-years-of-marriage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced their separation<\/a> and in 2017 the pair&#8217;s divorce was finalized.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-2\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"59.516129032258\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"12.58064516129\">\n<p>&#8220;I am definitely taking some time to myself to figure out how I want to move forward.
