Chris Pratt<\/a><\/strong>‘s and fianc\u00e9e Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/a><\/strong> are not rushing to get married\u2014there is still much planning to do.<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old Avengers<\/em> and Guardians of the Galaxy<\/em> actor and 29-year-old author<\/a> and daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/a><\/strong> and Maria Shriver<\/a><\/strong> have been together since at least last summer and announced their engagement<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n

“Katherine is taking her time with planning the wedding,” a source told E! News. “Katherine and Chris have talked about a winter wedding, they are just really busy to plan anything sooner than that but plans are still fluid.”<\/p>\n

Chris and ex-wife Anna Faris<\/a><\/strong>‘ 6-year-old son Jack<\/strong> will play a special part in the wedding.<\/p>\n

It will be a pretty big bash and Jack will of course be involved in some big way, possibly as a little groomsmen,” the source said. “They are still deciding.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Chris and Katherine have in recent months spent much time with both of their families, including her famous parents and his son.<\/p>\n

“Both families are enjoying getting to know each other more too and helping planning details for the big day,” the source said.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In February, Chris said that he and Katherine were thinking of getting married in the fall or winter<\/a>. In January, a source told E! News that the two want a big, traditional wedding and were thinking about tying the knot in Martha’s Vineyard<\/a>, which is a “special place for Katherine and where she spent a lot of time growing up.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
