Shawn Mendes<\/a><\/strong> and Camila Cabello<\/a><\/strong>‘s sexy “Se\u00f1orita” performance<\/a> had their fellow celebs feeling, well, hot and bothered.<\/p>\n

At the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards<\/strong> on Monday night, the real-life couple<\/a> proved just how strong their chemistry<\/a> is when they sang their hit duet for the cheering crowd at New Jersey’s  Prudential Center. And as they wrapped the steamy set\u2014seriously, the sexual tension was through the roof!\u2014they leaned in close, gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes and\u2026did not<\/em> lock lips. This<\/em> coming from the duo who love a PDA<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Needless to say, Joe Jonas<\/a><\/strong>and Sophie Turner<\/a><\/strong> were not pleased. <\/p>\n

“#VMAs are over, but we’re still waiting for that kiss tho,” the 30-year-old boy bander captioned a video<\/a> of their performance, in which someone screams “make out!” and his wife jumps out of her seat in shock. “@camila_cabello @shawnmendes.”<\/p>\n

They weren’t the only A-listers hoping for more affection from Shawn and Camila.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

During the performance, Bebe Rexha<\/a><\/strong> was standing up, dancing and clapping along, waiting for the<\/em> moment. “Kiss, kiss, kiss!” the singer mouthed. But when they pulled apart, she placed her hands on her head in disbelief. <\/p>\n

Even Taylor Swift<\/a><\/strong> wasn’t expecting that lackluster ending. She clutched her chest as her jaw dropped to the floor.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Here’s hoping they don’t carry this sudden prudishness over into real life<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
