If you haven’t already heard, let us be the ones to tell you that Friends<\/a><\/em> has been around for 25 years. That’s right, September 22 marks 25 years since viewers were first introduced to the iconic television series.<\/p>\n

To celebrate the 25 years of laughs and nostalgia, Warner Bros. has been pulling out all the stops, with pop-ups in New York<\/a> and Los Angeles<\/a>, and even getting the best episodes on the big-screen<\/a> with “Friends<\/em> 25th: The One With the Anniversary,” a screening of 12 fan-favorite episodes over three nights.<\/p>\n

And it turns out September 22 is quite the magic date when it comes to beloved shows first debuting on air.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Friends<\/em> shares the same premiere date\u2014different years\u2014with a number of other renowned TV shows, from Veronica Mars<\/em> to Full House<\/em>. Even though the premiere years are different, all the shows below found various forms of success. Maybe it’s that Virgo-season energy, but the September 22 shows all resonated with audiences, some even sparking spin-offs and revivals.<\/p>\n
