Before Jessica Biel<\/a><\/strong> and Justin Timberlake<\/a><\/strong> began dating in 2007<\/a>, the two lived completely separate lives and were on completely separate paths. Jessica was the star of the hit show 7th Heaven<\/em> and Justin was one of the lead vocalists to one of the best-selling boy bands of all time. But that didn’t mean their paths wouldn’t cross one way or another.<\/p>\n

During a 1999 interview with E! News<\/a>, Jessica\u2014alongside former co-star Beverly Mitchell<\/strong>\u2014discussed their experience working on 7th Heaven<\/em> but at one point during the interview, the Limetown<\/em> actress ended up throwing a little shade at not just NSYNC but at her future husband and the future father to her children<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Now, the clip has resurfaced<\/a> and this time, she’s trying to set the record straight. <\/p>\n

On Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show<\/em>, Jimmy Fallon<\/a><\/strong> is making Jessica face the music. “You were never an NSYNC fan when they were out? Were you ever a Backstreet Boys fan?” Jimmy asks the 37-year-old actress.<\/p>\n

“Well, no. I was just listening to old school stuff,” Jessica replies, trying to explain herself. “I lived under a rock. I wasn’t into pop culture music.” <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Jimmy then proceeds to remind Jessica of the infamous clip and replay it back to her. <\/p>\n

“Jimmy, Jimmy… no, no, please,” Jessica tells the late-night show host, bracing herself for what she’s about to watch. <\/p>\n

During the 1999 interview in question, Jessica was asked where she was an NSYNC fan and she replies, “to be honest, I don’t really listen… I haven’t really… I know of them, of course, and I’ve heard of them and their music. I don’t think I own any of their CD’s. I’m not a huge fan but I mean, cool I guess.” <\/p>\n

Jessica’s reaction? Priceless. <\/p>\n

“You’re in so much trouble,” Jimmy tells her. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
