During a divisive time in our country, Starbucks wanted to create a symbol of unity as a reminder of our shared values, and the need to be good to each other.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sbux soon released <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/806938\/plot-twist-part-two-a-second-starbucks-holiday-red-cup-design-has-emerged\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the actual holiday cup for the season<\/a>, which\u2014phew!\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/806938\/plot-twist-part-two-a-second-starbucks-holiday-red-cup-design-has-emerged\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">was red<\/a>.
