After arriving at the scene, officers found a vehicle with fresh blood on the driver&#8217;s seat and on the ground near the driver&#8217;s side door, police told the news outlet. Witnesses then reportedly told the officers somebody had taken a wounded man away.<\/p>\n<p>According to ABC7 Chicago, police found the injured man at Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Ill. Per the news outlet, he was then transferred to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Ill., where officials identified&nbsp;him as <strong>Lil Reese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the medical center told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/music\/2019\/11\/lil-reese-shot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Complex<\/a> the 26-year-old rapper, otherwise known as <strong>Tavares<\/strong> <strong>Taylor<\/strong>, is in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple outlets reported Lil Reese suffered a gunshot wound to the neck.<\/p>\n<p>Per ABC7 Chicago, the Country Club Hills police are investigating the incident and no arrests have been made.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-2\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"57\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"4\">\n<p>On Monday, <strong>Lil Durk<\/strong> tweeted, &#8220;Reese good.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-4\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"56\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"2\">\n<p>Lil Durk&#8217;s rep confirmed to Complex the message was in reference to Lil Reese being shot.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tune-in-5\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"33\">\n<p class=\"tune-in__text\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\">Don&#8217;t miss <i>E!
