And the Latin Recording Academy is pulling out all the stops as it prepares to celebrate two decades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/ricky_martin\">Ricky Martin<\/a><\/strong> joining actresses <strong>Roselyn Sanchez<\/strong> and <strong>Paz Vega<\/strong> as co-hosts for the evening, a roster of A-list Latin talent is set to descend upon Sin City, with heavy-hitters like <strong>Rosal\u00eda, Bad Bunny, Luis Fonsi, Ozuna<\/strong> and <strong>Juanes<\/strong> due to perform while folks like <strong>Sofia Carson, William Levy, Michael<\/strong> <strong>Pe\u00f1a<\/strong> and <strong>Dayanara Torres<\/strong> will be on hand to present. As if that weren&#8217;t enough, the show is also set to kick off with a tribute honoring the show&#8217;s 20th anniversary, featuring a group of 20 artists, performing together for the first time as they interpret multiple songs spanning various genre of Latin music.<\/p>\n<p>To get you ready and in the mood for the big night, we here at The MixtapE! have narrowed down our picks of the best of the best tracks from this year&#8217;s crop of incredibly deserving nominees. And trust us when we tell you it was not easy. <em>De nada.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-2\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"59.618823529412\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"12.602352941176\">\n<p><strong>Rosal\u00eda<\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Pienso En Tu Mir\u00e1&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sure, Rosal\u00eda&#8217;s smash hit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CLFUhty8EF4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Aute Cuture&#8221;<\/a>&nbsp;is the one nominated for Record of the Year, but it&#8217;s this track off <em>El Mal Querer<\/em>, nominated for Album of the Year and Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album, that needs to be on your radar. There&#8217;s a reason it scored a nomination for Best Pop Song. It&#8217;s a stunner. Truthfully, though, you can&#8217;t go wrong with anything she&#8217;s released. It&#8217;s all that good.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-5\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"58.558544303797\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"8.8575949367089\">\n<p><strong>Bad Bunny<\/strong> feat. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/drake\">Drake<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;MIA&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Benito&#8217;s debut album <em>X 100pre<\/em> was major, earning him a nomination for Best Urban Music Album at this year&#8217;s ceremony. And this track, the album&#8217;s&nbsp;closer that features a killer assist en Espa\u00f1ol from none other than Drizzy, is proof of why the category should be his for the taking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-7\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"59.851764705882\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"11.774117647059\">\n<p><strong>Ozuna<\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Baila Baila Baila&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As hard as it is to believe, the Puerto Rican superstar&#8217;s nomination for Best Urban Song at this year&#8217;s ceremony for this Spanish dancehall track, to be included on his upcoming third studio album <em>Nibiru<\/em>, is only his second nod ever at the Latin Grammys. It may face some stiff competition, namely from Rosalia and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/j_balvin\">J Balvin<\/a><\/strong>&#8216;s smash &#8220;Con Altura,&#8221; but it&#8217;s more than worthy of pulling off an upset.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-10\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"59\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"8\">\n<p><strong>Cami<\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Aqui Estoy&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The runner-up of <em>The Voice Chile<\/em> season one, Cami is nominated for Best New Artist at this year&#8217;s ceremony. And one listen to this new single released this summer, or any of the tracks on her excellent debut album <em>Rosa<\/em>, for that matter, and you&#8217;ll know why. That voice!<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-12\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"61\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"12\">\n<p><strong>Vicente Garc\u00eda<\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Ah\u00ed Ah\u00ed&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Not only did the Dominican pop singer, the recipient of the Best New Artist Latin Grammy back in 2017, score a nod for Best Contemporary Tropical Album this year for his third LP, <em>Candela<\/em>, but this smooth single off the album landed him a coveted Record of the Year nomination, as well. And deservedly so.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-14\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"56.223529411765\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"7.6235294117647\">\n<p><strong>Juanes<\/strong> feat. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/alessia_cara\">Alessia Cara<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Querer Mejor&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Count on Alessia to join Juanes, the 2019 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year, for a performance of this Record of the Year-nominated track when he takes the stage to perform a medley of his biggest hits.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-16\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"58.91407678245\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"12.453382084095\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/luis_fonsi\">Luis Fonsi<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Sola&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Two years ago, Luis cleaned up at the Latin Grammys with Record and Song of the Year wins, among others, for his smash hit &#8220;Despacito.&#8221; And now he&#8217;s back with an Album of the Year nomination for <em>Vida<\/em>, the LP that the track calls home. And while that song certainly made good use of some additional star power (ahem, <strong>Daddy Yankee<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/justin_bieber\">Justin Bieber<\/a><\/strong>) to propel it to stratospheric heights, it&#8217;s songs like this one, the album&#8217;s sultry mid-tempo opener, that remind everyone the Puerto Rican singer is award-worthy all on his own.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-19\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"58\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"6\">\n<p><strong>Fer Casillas<\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Cuando Volvamos al Mar&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Mexican singer-songwriter who&#8217;s delivering some of the most interesting R&amp;B her home country has ever heard landed a much-deserved Best New Artist nomination this year. And it&#8217;s on tracks like this one that prove just why she belongs there.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-21\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"56.730769230769\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"7.6923076923077\">\n<p><strong>Alejandro Sanz<\/strong> feat. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/camila_cabello\">Camila Cabello<\/a><\/strong> \u2014&#8221;Mi Persona Favorita&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Spanish balladeer finds himself pulling an impressive feat: competing against himself in both Record and Song of the Year categories. And while &#8220;No Tengo Nada&#8221; is a great song, it&#8217;s this incredibly romantic collaboration with the former Fifth Harmony member that has the edge in our humble opinion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-23\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"59\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"8\">\n<p><strong>Tiago Iorc<\/strong> \u2014 &#8220;Deconstru\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a reason this song from the Brazilian singer-songwriter, nominated for Best Portuguese Language Song (a category he won in 2017), also scored a coveted nod for Song of the Year. And that&#8217;s because it&#8217;s absolutely stunning.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-25\" data-hook=\"scrollable-block\" readability=\"65.544715447154\">\n<section data-textblock-tracking=\"text-block-text-only\" data-swiftype-index=\"false\" readability=\"27.349593495935\">\n<p><strong>Bonus Tracks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ximena Sari\u00f1ana<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hxxLZeywcwk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Cobarde&#8221;<\/a>: This track, off the Mexican indie pop star&#8217;s Album of the Year-nominated&nbsp;<em>\u00bfD\u00f3nde Bailar\u00e1n Las Ni\u00f1as?<\/em>, landed a nod for Record of the Year. One listen to the&nbsp;beautiful, if slightly hearbtreaking, piece and you&#8217;ll know why.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paula Arenas<\/strong> feat. <strong>Diana Fuentes<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LSJo8R94JRQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Tiempo Al Viento&#8221;<\/a>: Our pick for standout rack from the Colombian pop star&#8217;s Album of the Year and Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album-nominated <em>Visceral<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aitana<\/strong> feat. <strong>Lola Indigo<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SJcm2dLUjVo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Me Quedo&#8221;<\/a>: The Best New Artist nominee out of Barcelona teamed up with her fellow <em>Operaci\u00f3n Triunfo&nbsp;<\/em>series nine competitor (aka the reality show that brought them both to fame) for this standout track off her debut album, <em>Spoiler<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elsa y Elmar<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EEPGKcYtMRY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Culpa, Tengo&#8221;<\/a>: The Colombian self-described &#8220;spiritual pop&#8221; star, born <strong>Elsa Carvajal<\/strong>, who opened for Coldplay in Bogot\u00e1 in 2016 and is now nominated for Best New Artist proves why she&#8217;s one of the most exciting musicians to come out of South America in a minute on this track and its equally excellent music video.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mon Laferte<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kdIwrsEwH-I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;El Beso&#8221;<\/a>: Just the standout track off <em>Norma<\/em>, our pick for Best Alternative Music Album at this year&#8217;s ceremony.
