At the 2020 Golden Globes<\/a><\/strong> on Sunday, Avengers: Endgame<\/em> co-stars Scarlett Johansson<\/a><\/strong> and Chris Evans<\/a><\/strong> took the stage together to present the award<\/a> for Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical to Taron Egerton<\/a><\/strong>. (The Rocketman<\/em> star<\/a> beat out Leonardo DiCaprio<\/a><\/strong>, Eddie Murphy<\/a><\/strong>, Daniel Craig<\/a><\/strong> and Roman Griffin Davis<\/strong> for the coveted trophy.)<\/p>\n

While the audience watched as Egerton talked about the life-changing role<\/a>, Johansson and Evans attempted to subtly step aside. However, heading toward stage left wasn’t so easy for the Black Widow<\/em> star<\/a>. Noticing that Johansson was struggled to maneuver in her gorgeous Vera Wang gown<\/a>, Evans\u2014he played Captain America in the Marvel Universe<\/a>\u2014valiantly swooped in and lifted the train for her. The rescue mission earned him a quick hug\u2014and the hearts of everyone watching.<\/p>\n

“I’m sorry but I’m focusing on Chris and Scarlett behind,” one Twitter user wrote<\/a>. Another weighed in with a string of heart emojis, writing<\/a>, “the way he fixes her dress.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

It was just one bit in an evening packed with heartwarming\u2014and jaw-dropping<\/a>\u2014moments. While Brad Pitt<\/a><\/strong> had everyone laughing when he poked fun at his dating life<\/a> and<\/em> his co-star Leonardo<\/strong> DiCaprio <\/strong>role in <\/a>Titanic<\/a>,<\/em> Tom Hanks<\/a><\/strong> brought the room to tears<\/a> while he raved about his wife Rita Wilson<\/a><\/strong>, his five kids and his illustrious career.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
