Jesse Metcalfe<\/a><\/strong> is working up a sweat after his split<\/a> from fianc\u00e9e Cara Santana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

E! News confirmed on Wednesday that the John Tucker Must Die<\/em> actor and his longtime love have called it quits after about 13 years together. News of the breakup came shortly after Metcalfe was spotted getting cozy with multiple women, who were not Santana.<\/p>\n

In the controversial photos<\/a>, taken over the weekend, the 41-year-old star can be seen hugging model Livia Pillmann<\/strong> after appearing to go on a lunch date. Then, later that same day, Metcalfe was photographed was spotted getting cozy with a blonde woman, believed to be actress Jade Albany Pietrantonio<\/strong>, outside of a bar in Sherman Oaks, Calif.<\/p>\n

“Cara is heartbroken and has completely shut down and not talking to many people,” a source told E! News, adding that while Jesse has not moved out yet, they are now arranging that. “Cara was completely blindsided by the photos of him with other women.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

After the photos emerged, Santana’s BFF Olivia Culpo<\/a><\/strong> took to her Instagram Story to seemingly call out Metcalfe<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In one message, posted alongside a photo of Mean Girls<\/em>‘ Regina George, Culpo wrote, “Don’t cheat… nobody likes a cheater.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Now, Metcalfe himself has returned to Instagram, posting a cryptic message on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Alongside a photo of himself posing in a car, Metcalfe wrote<\/a>, “Check your blind spot!” The actor also shared two videos of himself in the gym, captioning one video, “Savage.”<\/p>\n

Both Santana and Metcalfe have yet to directly address the breakup or cheating rumors.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
