Mandy Moore<\/a><\/strong> and her This Is Us<\/em> co-stars have some serious moves.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old actress discussed their recent TikTok video on Tuesday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show<\/em>.<\/p>\n

For those who didn’t see the viral clip, Moore and her castmates did the “Smeeze” dance to Trill<\/strong> Ryan<\/strong>‘s “She Gon Go.” The Rebecca Pearson star said she’s a “terrible dancer” and admitted she “strategically hid” herself behind Sterling K. Brown<\/a><\/strong> and Jon Huertas<\/strong> during the number. Chrissy Metz<\/a><\/strong>, Susan Kelechi Watson<\/a><\/strong>, Chris Sullivan<\/strong> and Justin Hartley<\/a><\/strong> also participated in the routine. Although, the Kevin Pearson celeb seemed to struggle with some of the steps.<\/p>\n

“Justin makes me feel better about myself as a dancer,” Moore quipped. “Bless him. I love him. He’s so talented. He’s an incredible actor\/director, but dancing is not his forte. It makes me feel better about myself because I’m not great either, but he’s doing something totally different.” <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Ellen DeGeneres<\/a><\/strong> joked it looked like the 43-year-old actor was “listening to another song” entirely with headphones.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The This Is Us<\/em> stars aren’t the only ones to have a little fun on TikTok. Alex Rodriguez<\/a><\/strong> and Jennifer Lopez<\/a><\/strong> also recently made headlines for doing the “Flip the Switch” challenge.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

In addition to talking about her cast doing the dance craze, Moore discussed her new album<\/a>, Silver Landings<\/em>, and tour. This marked her first album in 11 years<\/a> and her first tour in 13 years. She also performed some of her music during the show.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
