The music power couple is celebrating 12 years since they tied the knot in a secret, intimate wedding ceremony<\/a> at the rapper and producer’s penthouse home in New York City in 2008.<\/p>\n

Bey’s mom Tina Knowles<\/a><\/strong>designed her daughter’s wedding dress, a white strapless mermaid gown with a sweetheart neckline. On Saturday, she paid tribute to the couple and shared a photo of Beyonc\u00e9 cheering<\/a> as she and Jay-Z walk back up the aisle grinning after exchanging vows. Tina had shared the same pic<\/a> on the pair’s ninth anniversary.<\/p>\n

“Happy anniversary to Bey and Jay\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f” she wrote in her new post. “it seemed like yesterday these guys walked down the Aisle. Those are my arms in the fluffing her dress!!! Such beautiful memories of that day now it’s twelve years later ! Three gorgeous babies later and love still prevails \u2764\ufe0f[praying emoji] \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f ahem i designed that dress…pastor @rudyrasmus.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Tina has occasionally shared pics from the wedding over the years. Beyonc\u00e9 and Jay-Z have posted images as well, namely at shows during their 2014 On the Run tour<\/a>. The singer included two seconds of footage of her in her dress in her 2011 music video “I Was Here<\/a>.” More wedding shots were also featured in her 2016 music video for the Lemonade<\/em> song “All Night.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
