Simone Biles<\/a><\/strong> took the handstand challenge to a whole new level. <\/p>\n

While y’all have already seen stars<\/a> like Jake Gyllenhaal<\/a><\/strong>, Tom Holland<\/a><\/strong> and Harrison Osterfield<\/strong> partake in the handstand challenge (which consisted of the celebs taking off their t-shirts without losing their handstand form) on social media\u2014you haven’t seen anything like what 23-year-old Biles just did. <\/p>\n

The USA Gymnastics star took to Twitter to post the impressive video of her take on the handstand challenge, in which she effortlessly removes her sweatpants in under a minute without losing her form or her balance.<\/p>\n

And Chrissy Teigen<\/a><\/strong> said what we were all thinking as we watched\u2014on the edge of our seats\u2014Biles take off her sweatpants. “Simone I have to lay down and have someone else do it normally,” Teigen replied on Twitter<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Many of Biles’ followers even shared videos of themselves doing her version of the handstand challenge.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

One follower shared<\/a>, “THIS WAS HARD OMG.” <\/p>\n

Another one said, sharing a TikTok video of themselves<\/a>, “SAME!!!!”<\/p>\n

And of course, the troll of all trolls, Ryan Reynolds<\/a><\/strong> also slid into Biles’ mentions and jokingly replied, “No.”<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

As fans may recall, the Spider-Man: Far from Home<\/em> actor had also challenged Reynolds to try the t-shirt handstand challenge but he simply replied in a video, “No.” <\/p>\n

Looks like we won’t be seeing Reynolds try either variation of the challenge anytime soon. But we think it’s safe to say that after Biles, no one should even try. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
