The <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/GrandCountyOEM\/?ref=br_rs\">Grand County Office of Emergency Management<\/a> put the wreck about a mile east of Kremmling.<\/p>\n<p>US 40 has been closed in both directions.
