In an instantly iconic video posted to her Instagram last night, Courteney Cox<\/a><\/strong>\u2014<\/span>clad in an itsy bitsy black bikini<\/a>\u2014leaped from the crystal blue waters of her pool then summoned a bathing suit cover-up, a drink and her sunglasses. All while Missy Elliott<\/a><\/strong>‘s 2002 “Work It<\/a>” blasted.<\/p>\n

“Oh so now I finally get what @missymisdemeanorelliott meant by put your thing down, flip it, and reverse it\u2026.” the Friends<\/em> alum<\/a> captioned the clip, rewound to defy the odds. “Only took me ten years.”<\/p>\n

Impressive? In the best possible way, we would say it’s not<\/em> that common, it doesn’t<\/em> happen to everyone and it is<\/em> a big deal<\/a>. Just ask her pals, who were in awe of the video. (The clip also showed off the 55-year-old’s fit physique.)<\/p>\n

“This is epic,” wrote Kaley Cuoco<\/a><\/strong>. Commented Erin Foster<\/a><\/strong>, “I don’t know what’s cooler, this video or how good your body looks.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Perhaps at a loss for words, Sara Foster<\/a><\/strong> and Isla <\/strong>Fisher<\/strong> both simply chimed in with a string of fire emojis. <\/p>\n

And while Sarah Paulson<\/a><\/strong> admitted she watched the video “18 times,” Allison Janney<\/a><\/strong> confessed she was stunned: “I don’t understand how cool you are.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Since joining the social media network earlier this year, the actress has proved life oftentimes cannot be<\/em> any cooler. <\/em>After all, she’s usually hosting girls’ night out<\/a> with her BFFs Jennifer Aniston<\/a><\/strong> and Lisa Kudrow<\/a><\/strong> and teasing fans<\/a> about a Friends<\/em> reunion.
