At the last work session meeting, council was informed that a Breckenridge lodging company was using the town\u2019s ice rink parking lot to valet park visitor\u2019s cars overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, town code required licensing for the use of town property, but with several exceptions. One exception states that licensing is not required for use of town property when the property in question is available for use by the general public.
