Jasper Avenue, Granby<\/li>\n<li>Grand Lake Town Hall, 102 Park Avenue, Grand Lake<\/li>\n<li>CSU Extension Hall, 210 11th Street, Kremmling<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p><!-- END .card-body --> <\/div>\n<p><!-- END .module --> <\/div>\n<p><!-- END .swift-infobox --> <\/p>\n<p>Drop boxes are available 24 hours at each of Grand County\u2019s five polling locations until polls close at 7 p.m. Tuesday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ballots were mailed to all registered voters in October, but for those who lost or did not receive a ballot in the mail, in-person voting is available at the Grand County Administration Building in Hot Sulphur Springs.<\/p>\n<p>According to Grand County Clerk and Recorder Sarah Rosene, just over 3,000 ballots have been collected so far with roughly 11,000 sent out.<\/p>\n<p>On this year\u2019s ballot, voters will be asked two state questions \u2014 Prop CC and Prop DD \u2014 which deal with the state\u2019s Taxpayer\u2019s Bill of Rights.<\/p>\n<p>Prop CC allows the state to keep extra revenue collected in taxes that TABOR currently limits, and Prop DD asks for a new tax for sports betting to support water issues.<\/p>\n<p>Locally, Grand County asked voters to decide on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skyhinews.com\/news\/new-jail-goes-to-voters\/\">sales tax increase for a new jail<\/a> and residents in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skyhinews.com\/news\/ballot-2019-understanding-the-fire-district-measures\/\">East Grand and Grand Lake fire districts<\/a> will vote on separate revenue questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Without presidential candidates on the ballot, Election Day might have slipped past some voters\u2019 attention, but residents of Grand County still have time for their voices to be heard on a number of local issues.
