The office is opening in conjunction with 4<sup>th<\/sup> Street Crossing developers Milender White and Real Capital Solutions and is strategically located next to the future residences at the corner of 4<sup>th<\/sup> Street and Blue River Parkway.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got a great team of brokers who will be stationed at our new location,\u201d Troy Margelofsky, listing broker and sales team lead at the new office said in a statement. \u201cWe\u2019re excited for the public to stop by and experience what will be the new heart of Silverthorne.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The office is located at 401 Blue River Parkway, Silverthorne and will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.summitdaily.com\/news\/slifer-smith-frampton-real-estate-opens-new-office-location-in-silverthorne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via:: Summit Daily<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>John Pfeiffer, left, is the president and managing broker of Slifer Smith &amp; Frampton Real Estate.
