{"id":36012,"date":"2019-11-22T12:14:43","date_gmt":"2019-11-22T19:14:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.skyhinews.com\/?p=61641"},"modified":"2019-11-22T12:14:43","modified_gmt":"2019-11-22T19:14:43","slug":"middle-parks-jaime-rios-named-2019-frontier-league-player-of-the-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alwaysmountaintime.com\/kift\/local-news\/middle-parks-jaime-rios-named-2019-frontier-league-player-of-the-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Middle Park\u2019s Jaime Rios named 2019 Frontier League Player of the Year"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As if the Middle Park boys soccer team\u2019s storied season could get any better, senior standout Jaime Rios was recently named the Class 3A Frontier League Player of the Year.<\/p> <p>\u201cOh my god, it\u2019s huge \u2014 it\u2019s massive,\u201d coach Dane Ruttenberg said of the honor bestowed on Rios. \u201cI did not attempt, nor could I have held back my excitement, when it was announced at the coaches\u2019 meeting. He has worked so hard. He has been so dedicated to the sport his whole life, and he is one of the best, I think, in Middle Park history.\u201d<\/p> <p>Rios served as one of the team captains for the Panthers, who finished the season 12-3 to break the school\u2019s record for wins.
