That closure is for rockfall mitigation.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\" readability=\"7.0778145695364\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"7.5496688741722\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I-70 WB from Beaver Brook 248 to Empire Jct is closed for rock mitigation and there is no estimated time to reopen at this point.
