Norah Jones<\/a> performs a bluesy rendition of one of her \u201cfavorite\u201d Ray Charles<\/a> songs, \u201cWhat Would I Do Without You,\u201d as a tribute to the late R&B legend in this exclusive clip from Austin City Limits<\/a><\/em>\u2018 Hall of Fame New Year\u2019s Special.<\/p>\n

Gary Clark Jr. also staged a rare guitar-less performance<\/a> as the rocker delivered a smoky rendition of \u201cNight Time Is the Right Time\u201d during ACL<\/em>\u2018s Charles tribute.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0ACL<\/em> Hall of Fame New Year\u2019s Special<\/a>, airing December 31st at 11 p.m. ET on PBS, also features tributes to Marcia Ball and Los Lobos. Boz Scaggs, Irma Thomas and Robert Randolph are among the special\u2019s performers with Chris Isaak on board as host. The fifth annual ACL<\/em> Hall of Fame special taped October 25th at Austin, Texas\u2019 Moody Theater.<\/p>\n

The special\u2019s finale featured Los Lobos, Isaak, Scaggs, Randolph and filmmaker Robert Rodriguez performing Richie Havens\u2019 1958 single \u201cLa Bamba,\u201d which Los Lobos revived and turned into a Number One single in 1987:<\/p>\n
