Calvin Harris<\/a> recruited soul singer Rag\u2019n\u2019Bone Man for his lush new single \u201cGiant.\u201d The producer blends standard EDM touches \u2013 pulsating synths, house beats \u2013 with organic flourishes like brass, strings, piano and vocal chants.<\/p>\n

Rag\u2019n\u2019Bone Man sings about addiction and redemption throughout the colorful track.\u00a0\u201cI understood loneliness before I knew what it was\/Saw the pills on your table for your unrequited love,\u201d he belts. \u201cI would be nothing without you holding me up\/Now I\u2019m strong enough for both us, both of us, both of us, both of us.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGiant\u201d is Harris\u2019 first single of 2019, following a series of collaborative tracks from last year: \u201cPromises\u201d<\/a> with Sam Smith, \u201cOne Kiss\u201d featuring Dua Lipa, \u201cNuh Ready Nuh Ready\u201d<\/a> with PartyNextDoor, the Normai team-ups \u201cSlow Down\u201d and \u201cChecklist\u201d<\/a> and \u201cI Found You\u201d with Benny Blanco. Harris, who issued his fifth solo LP, Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1<\/em>, in 2017, recently recorded an acoustic version of \u201cI Found You\u201d<\/a>\u00a0with Blanco and Miguel.<\/p>\n
